Placing an Order
Newman Art Designs uses a  Secure shopping cart system so all customer data is private, and can be submitted with confidence. All categories are accessible through our navigation panel, and each format will display a current price list. 
To place an order simply select the  BUY link which is listed near each product, this will add the product to your shopping cart. By selecting the [Continue Shopping]  link on the lower part of the Shopping Cart page, you will be sent back to the previous page you had visited. You can move anywhere through the Newman Art Designs Website, and continue adding items to your cart at will. 

The Shopping Cart allows you to change quantities, and remove items at any time. Be sure to hit the [Recalculate] button if you make any changes while on the Shopping Cart Page. 

Shipping is automatically calculated as you add or subtract items. Even if you are not planning to purchase items during your visit, you can still get an estimate of how much your total would be for future reference.

If you're ordering with a credit card through our shopping cart, you must provide us with your home/business phone number (beeper numbers will not be accepted), and a legitimate email address. No phone number means no order.

We would like to be able to answer all of our general e-mail inquiries in a timely fashion, however, please bear in mind, that our top priority is following up on orders. 

Custom  Orders
There are so many species of insects to mount. We have endeavoured to select a broad cross-section of species form several Phlya. If there is a particular species you would like us to mount, then please inquire and we can quote you on the finished product delivered to your door. If you agree on the price then we can go ahead with it after receiving payment. Please bear it in mind that we probably don't have it in stock and need to order the specimen/s in so this could take a few weeks.  We will notify the customer through e-mail, if an order will be delayed/backordered, at which point, the customer can cancel the order with a simple reply.

Shipping Help
All shipping prices are calculated in our Shopping Cart section. For faster delivery time we will notify you on the price and await your approval before going ahead with that delivery choice.

International customers should choose only International shipping methods. By choosing an Australian method, you will delay your order by having to redo the entire order form. 

Packaging:
Each unit (except for the key rings and other small items) is individually boxed and placed in a bigger box with soft foam filling.

Can we import biological materials into our country?
Each country has its own quarantine laws. You would have to check with your relevant authorities. I do however ship to the USA without any problem so far. New Zealand is perhaps the strictest country for importing biological material, but I send product there regularly. It is sometimes fumigated on arrival and a small charge is billed to the importer.

We are a store, and would like to buy in bulk from your company. What are your requirements, can you send us a special dealer price list?
Newman Art Designs does both retailing and wholesaling. We have a wholesale price which can be accessed wherever it mentions "Wholesale Prices" on the web pages. Once you make an inquiry we will send you the link to download the wholesale catalogue.  We specialise in large volumes. 

I know your site is secure, but I don't want to send my credit card over the net. Is there another way to send my credit card information?
